Willard diagnosed with prostrate cancer

From this morning's Boston Herald:
The substantial cloud on an otherwise sunny day hung over the Holy Cross athletic community, which was still absorbing news that basketball coach Ralph Willard has been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
Reports out of Worcester say the disease has been detected early and is treatable.

Willard plans to continue coaching, though he says he may curtail some recruiting trips while he recovers.

We wish Ralph a speedy recovery.
